Korean MMORPG Game for Mobile Phones

The popularity of massively multiplayer online role-playing games has grown immensely in the past few years. Durango: Wild Land is set to take this appeal to the next level.

Basic Premise and Gameplay

Durango is slightly different that many other games within this impressive genre. While some feel that it mimics the action and adventure associated with other franchises such as Diablo, this game is instead based within the prehistoric world. It therefore exhibits a decidedly gritty atmosphere; a welcome change when compared to traditional options. So, generic strategies such as raids and team-building efforts have been replaced with uncharted islands to explore and (of course) beasts to conquer along the way. This is why players should expect a truly "wild" and savage experience.

A Unique and Flexible Strategy

Another interesting feature embraced by Durango is that players can switch between different roles and character classes. So, they have much more freedom than in the past. As always, it is possible to interact with other members and to gain valuable skills as one progresses from one level to the next.

PROS

  • Durango offers gritty and organic graphics; a nice departure from mainstream games.
  • There are a nearly limitless number of worlds to explore during gameplay.

CONS

  • Slow Internet connections will cause the game to skip and even freeze.
  • There is no version available for personal computers or laptops.
